Emma at The Plaza

Today Emma and I visited mom for lunch, a practice we haven't kept up since mom changed job's at SkyWest. Everyone kept asking "Why haven't you guy's been by for so long?" and I wanted to say "Because you guy's work my wife to the bone." But I refrained as most of the staff there is overworked and would probably agree with me. So since mom for the first time in months wasn't teaching a class and wasn't out of town we visited for lunch. We brought Crown Burgers to mom's office, then we sat on the patio at The Plaza and ate lunch. Emma was having a good time so we went for a walk through the gardens on the way back to the office. Emma wanted desperately to jump in the fountains, but seemed to settle for a walk with mom. We even bumped into an old friend of ours on the way back to the office. What a great way to spend lunch!
