Click for Long Beach, California ForecastWe had a beautiful view of the harbor at Long Beach from our hotel room and wonderful weather (as always) to observe in. We could see the Queen Mary, several cargo firggates and even a Carnival cruise ship bearthed nearby. When I think of Long Beach, I think of the view out our window watching the morning fog burn off and reveal a beautiful panorama.

Emma's been partying hard here at Disneyland with Grandma and Grandpa. They've been on the Tea Cups with her, seen Mickey Mouse, Flown with Peter Pan and brought Eeyore home with us. Yea, I think Emma's been having a good time.

Click for Smoot, Wyoming Forecast
We keep thinking about the great time we had in Wyoming at the Rainbow Ranch so we thought we'd add a weather sticker to keep us connected to that beautiful spot in the Star Valley.

We started up a trail through a meadow and found this breathtaking view, we were crushed to learn it was yet another trail limited to ATV's.

Hannah found a trail that lead to a campsite near the river. You can see in this photo how high the river is running.

We ran off to Cottonwood lake a second time and took some of the trails less traveled.

We hung the movie screen from the awning of the lodge and watched a show.

The sign and arch to the ranch were temporarily taken over by the youth conference crew.

Between our duties we had time break out the 4Wheelers and ride up a nearby canyon to Cottonwood Lake. It was more remarkable than I remembered. The water was high, and at the lakes outlet, the white water was riding high.

We've been fortunate enough to have spent the past few day's here at a neighbors property in Wyoming for a Youth Conference. I was last here ten years ago and the countryside is as breathtaking as I remembered.

Emma likes a front row seat - even if she needs to seat herself on the coffee table to do it.

Hannah climbed on the hammock with me yesterday to relax for a spell.

Mom and Emma show off thier Motor Cargo spirit for the Indepence Day issue of "The Squeaky Wheel."

Dad got in on the fun when they pulled one of those internationals around to show off for the crowd. Emma loved all the buttons and switches!

The employee magazine of Mortor Cargo Idustries is aptly named "The Squeaky Wheel." Here, the postarity of some participating employees are assembled to create the cover photo for the July issue.

Emma knows she needs shoes on in order to go outside... she just doesn't care who's shoes she uses.
