We had a beautiful view of the harbor at Long Beach from our hotel room and wonderful weather (as always) to observe in. We could see the Queen Mary, several cargo firggates and even a Carnival cruise ship bearthed nearby. When I think of Long Beach, I think of the view out our window watching the morning fog burn off and reveal a beautiful panorama.
Emma's been partying hard here at Disneyland with Grandma and Grandpa. They've been on the Tea Cups with her, seen Mickey Mouse, Flown with Peter Pan and brought Eeyore home with us. Yea, I think Emma's been having a good time.
We keep thinking about the great time we had in Wyoming at the Rainbow Ranch so we thought we'd add a weather sticker to keep us connected to that beautiful spot in the Star Valley.
Between our duties we had time break out the 4Wheelers and ride up a nearby canyon to Cottonwood Lake. It was more remarkable than I remembered. The water was high, and at the lakes outlet, the white water was riding high.
We've been fortunate enough to have spent the past few day's here at a neighbors property in Wyoming for a Youth Conference. I was last here ten years ago and the countryside is as breathtaking as I remembered.
